Talent Development

The Talent Development Coordinator is responsible for administering existing talent development programs including Emerging Leaders Program (ELP), Performance Based Interview Training, HR Leadership Training, Performance Reviews, and Succession Planning. The Talent Development Coordinator works with the HR Manager and leaders of the business as well as all functional groups of HR to identify needs, provide input to the development of HR strategies and lead to achieve strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Will effectively present existing material over different topics to groups ranging from 20 to 200 individuals.
  • Coordinate project management through all aspects of training development from creating content, scheduling sessions and tracking participation.
  • Proactively identify development gaps for new and existing leaders while working as a collaborative contact between departments to ensure talent development needs are met.
  • Participates in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., salary review, workforce planning, and organizational change).
  • Understands business strategies and assess needs and barriers in order to drive business performance through development and delivery of HR strategy and solutions.
  • May play a role in administering talent management and succession planning activity within client groups.
  • Lead continuing development and improvement to existing performance review process.
  • Maintain Human Resources records to ensure compliance with all state and/or federal laws.
  • Assist with succession planning initiatives as needed.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:

Education/Certification:

Bachelor’s Degree required in Business Administration, HR or related field

Experience Required:

Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible and related experience in Human Resources, with a focus on talent development
